At CSL Kids & Minipomes, your child's happiness is our priority. If you do not like the product you purchased or if the size does not fit, you can easily return it within the framework of your legal rights and our customer satisfaction principles.

1️⃣ Return & Exchange Rights

⚖️ 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You can return your order without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product has not been used.

🔄 In-Store Exchange (Great Advantage!): You can bring the products you bought online to our Minipomes store in Istanbul/Ümraniye to exchange sizes or choose a different product.

2️⃣ Return Steps (For Domestic Orders / Turkey)

Create a Request: Go to "My Account > My Orders" menu, select the order you want to return, and create a return request.
Pack It: Pack the product with its invoice in a way that preserves the original packaging. (Products with removed tags or used items cannot be returned).
Ship It: You can deliver your package to any Aras Kargo branch. Your return shipping code will be sent to you after you create your request online.

🌍 International Return Policy (Outside Turkey)

You have the right to return orders placed from outside Turkey within 14 days. However, due to international customs and logistics procedures, the following conditions apply:

Shipping & Customs Fees: All return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer (customer). CSL Kids does not cover these costs.
Non-Refundable Fees: When your return is processed, the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. Only the value of the products will be refunded.
Process: You can send your return package via any carrier of your choice (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). Please make sure to mark the package as "Return Goods" to facilitate customs clearance.

3️⃣ Refunds & Important Notes

💰 Refund Process: After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the checks (tags, usage status, etc.), the refund will be made to your bank within 2 business days. Depending on your bank's procedure, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

⚠️ Hygiene Rules: Due to hygiene regulations; returns and exchanges are not accepted for underwear, swimwear/bikinis (if the protection band is removed), and opened baby hygiene products.
